Just a little music prop for a Friday... This album has helped what started off to be an awful week end feeling on top of the world!

So I cant stop listening to Mos Def's The Estatic.. It is HAWT!!!

It is Mr Mos Def's 4th album and it has some unreal sounds including ethnic influences in tracks like "The Embassy"& "Wahid" and must give props to the blissful sounds of georgia Anne Muldrow in the track "Roses"

So I am working with this guy who proposed to his girlfriend a few weeks ago and since she has turned into this crazy bridezilla. Within 20 mins of the proposal she had her "bride porn" and was looking at Vera Wang gowns, venues and setting the date for Valentines day.

I can't help but think that people like this change my mind on ever wanting to get hitched, I mean what is wrong with the good old marriage registry office?

So in all my negative marriage glory I decided to show my colleague what some weddings can turn out like.

Look Out Overhead!

Walking back from the pub last night I was pleasantly surprised with Sydney. thank you Sydney for bring some culture to our streets :)

Angel Lane features different lane way art and last night the feature was "Forgotten Songs". What this lane way art was all about this time was a canopy of bird cages (empty of course) hanging high over head, these bird cages are accompanied with the sweet tweets of birds.

So yesterday I came home from work to find my beautiful boyfriend had bought me a present. Not even a birthday or Xmas. LOVE IT!

He was thinking about our summer treks to Byron and down the coast and decided it was worth purchasing me some Nike Gladiator Mids. Bless.....
